Private Equity Committee
The Private Equity Committee of Active Owners Denmark brings together representatives of the industry in an effort, to create good framework conditions and a healthy investment environment in Denmark.
The committee also works to spread awareness of private equity funds, risk-taking investments, active ownership and professionalization, as well as the expansion of companies both nationally and globally.

Venture Capital Committee
The Venture Committee of Active Owners Denmark brings together representatives of the industry in the work to create good framework conditions and a healthy investment environment in Denmark.
The committee also works to spread awareness of the venture funds, risk-taking investments, active ownership and professionalization, as well as the expansion of companies both nationally and globally.

Business Angel Committee
The Business Angels Committee of Active Owners Denmark brings together representatives of the industry in the work to create good framework conditions and a healthy investment environment in Denmark. The committee also works to spread knowledge of business angels, risk-taking investments, active ownership and professionalization, as well as the expansion of companies both nationally and globally.

Legal Committee
The purpose of the Legal Committee of Active Owners Denmark is to contribute to a professionalization of the Danish investment ecosystem. It is also the purpose of the Legal Committee to support the Board of Active Owners Denmark, its Secretariat and the association’s other committees with expertise in relevant legal and political areas. In this way, we work for sensible and stable framework conditions for the industry.
The Legal Committee follows the international trends and tendencies in relevant legal issues and areas. At the same time, the committee is a forum for technical knowledge sharing and development and offers members a completely unique networking opportunity. Finally, the Legal Committee acts as a co-player and creator of ideas for the Secretariat and Board of Active Owners Denmark.

Tax Committee
The purpose of the Tax Committee of Active Owners Denmark is to contribute to a professionalization of the Danish investment ecosystem. It is also the purpose of the Tax Committee to support the Board of Active Owners Denmark, its Secretariat and the association’s other committees with expertise in relevant tax law and political areas. In this way, we work for sensible and stable framework conditions for the industry.
The Tax Committee follows the international trends and tendencies in the tax area that are relevant to the association’s members. At the same time, the committee is a forum for technical knowledge sharing and development and offers members a completely unique networking opportunity. Finally, the Tax Committee acts as a partner and proactive creator of ideas for the Secretariat and Board of Active Owners Denmark.

Regulatory Committee
The Regulatory Committee of Active Owners Denmark is an ad hoc committee set up to follow the European work on the AIFM Directive. The purpose of the committee is to ensure that the entire industry can function optimally under new or revised financial regulation originating from the European institutions. The committee supports the Board, the Secretariat and the association’s other committees with expertise in relation to European work on an AIFMD audit.
The Regulatory Committee is a forum for technical knowledge sharing and development but is also a so-called working committee that undertakes actual advisory and writing tasks. At the same time, the committee members are offered a completely unique networking opportunity.
