Promando operates in two different brands with two different ways of recruiting: In MatchMaker we source the best candidates through databased and datadriven recruitment processes and in Promando we do recruitment based on our unique multichannel search process using the best of the methods from classic executive search and modern sourcing through lots of different digital channels.
In MatchMaker we are specialists in IT, Engineering, Finance and Sales. In Promando we are specialists in modern search and cover very broadly.
We have years of experience recruiting and working closely together with start-ups and PE owned companys.

Promando/MatchMaker was established in 1992 and since then we have gone through a noticeable development. With offices in both Copenhagen and Kolding (Jutland), Promando is now one of Denmark’s leading businesses within our field. We cover the Nordic region from Copenhagen and from our office in Helsinki (Finland). Further, we are partners in the international executive search partnership, ERI (Executive Resources International).
